Bruno Zaremba

Started his career as an equity analyst at Banco Pactual in 1996, focusing on the coverage of companies in the banking, beverages, retail, food, and tobacco sectors. In 2002, he became a portfolio manager for Banco Pactual’s proprietary investments in equities and debt in the United States and was admitted as a partner of the institution. Since 2007, he has been involved in Private Equity in Brazil, leading the PE business at Vinci. Following the merger with Compass, he assumed the role of Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Vinci Compass, overseeing the areas of finance, operations, corporate development, and shareholder relations. He also serves on the boards of several companies in Vinci Compass’s private equity portfolio and participates in various investment committees of the company. Additionally, he is a member of the executive committee at Vinci Compass. He holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and an alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS).
