Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at Vinci Compass. He has been actively involved in fundraising, investment, monitoring, and divestment processes for four Vinci Capital Partners strategy funds, which collectively invested in nearly 100 companies, totaling USD 2.2 billion. He is a member of the investment committees for Vinci Compass’s Private Equity strategies. He has served on Audit and Board of Directors committees for several companies, including Cemar, Ceagro, Los Grobo, Sollus, Burger King, Vitru, Uniasselvi, Domino’s, Grupo CURA, Vero, Viv, and Arklok. Additionally, he was a member of ABVCAP’s Advisory Board from 2021 to 2023. He has held executive roles in portfolio companies, such as CFO of Sollus and Los Grobo, and interim CEO of Uniasselvi and Domino’s from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Vinci, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Credit Suisse, participating in several IPO operations between 2006 and 2007, and as an Equity Analyst at Banco Modal. He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Bologna, Italy).
