George is a Partner and Country Head of the Brazil office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kerr worked for 5 years at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was directly responsible for Business Development in Brazil. Previously, he worked at Claritas Investimentos (Principal), which he joined in 2008, and left as the Director responsible for distribution through intermediaries for their local business. His previous experience includes roles with JP Morgan (in London), Nomura, and Kipany (in Brazil). George is currently a member of the Finance and Investments Committee of Umane, formerly Associação Samaritano, a Brazilian endowment focused on promotion and prevention of healthcare issues in Brazil.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK.
