Gus Thompson is a Director of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in the evaluation of continuation vehicle transactions.
Prior to joining Lexington in 2024, Mr. Thompson was a Principal at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on the Strategic Equity team. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Blackstone Strategic Partners.
Mr. Thompson graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a BSBA in Finance.
