Jorge is a Partner at Vinci Compass, working for the structuring and investor relations team, focusing in capital formation and investor relations in North America and Asia. Prior to that, he was Head of the New York office and responsible for distribution and relationships with institutional clients outside of Latin America since 2007. In 2005, he moved to the New York office to manage product development and global solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a Product Development Manager at the Santiago office. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for three years in project evaluation and management in the construction industry.
Jorge has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, Spain.
