José Tomás is Head of Family Office in the Chile office, where he was previously Deputy Manager of the area. Previously, he was Client Advisor of the Wealth Management division in UBS Switzerland AG, based in Zurich Headquarters. Previous to his role in UBS, he was senior associated lawyer in Larrain y Asociados Limitada were he advised and represented Banks and financial institutions in the negotiation of syndicated loans, implementation of the structure and constitution of private and public investment funds and counselled in different aspects of corporate governance and relationship with regulatory entities.
José Tomás holds a Lawyers degree from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from IESE Business School.
