Mr. Mateus is a Managing Director on Vinci Compass’ Structuring and Investor Relations team, which he joined at its inception in 2016. He began his career at Vinci Compass in 2014, working in the firm’s equities and structured products operations team before moving into his current role. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC-Rio.
