Pedro Quintella

Partner responsible for the Structuring and Global Investor Relations area at Vinci Compass, with extensive experience in Private Equity and alternative investments. From 2008 to 2009, he was part of the Private Equity team at UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Management, responsible for sourcing, monitoring, and analyzing investments in both private and listed companies. From 2009 to 2016, he was a partner in the Private Equity team and a member of the investment committees for the Real Estate and Infrastructure teams at Vinci Partners. Prior to his experience at UBS Pactual, he worked at Credit Suisse, Iposeira Asset Management, and Oi. Between 1998 and 2000, he worked in internet startups for GP Investimentos and Playcenter S.A. He holds a degree in Civil Production Engineering from PUC-Rio and an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA).
